PRODUCT RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY


We believe in complete customer satisfaction. All refund requests shall be carefully reviewed and processed upon approval by our customer services team.

At Easyderma, hygiene has the precedence of all things. We do not accept returns of any used dermo-cosmetic product because of the hygiene issues. If there is any defect, you need to inform us by sending an email or calling us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Under what conditions return/replacement is possible?

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product

  • Incomplete order - missing products

Under what conditions return/replacement is not possible?

  • Opened, used & altered products

  • Packaging damage, like monocartons, labels etc.

  • If the return request is made after 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Products with tampered or missing batch numbers, including price tags & labels, if any

REFUND PROCESS

 

You are free to reject your order only if you decided after the order was submitted by you that you do not want the product any more. In this scenario, if you had made an online payment, you will be refunded only the difference of the order value and freight charges (both forward and return freight charges will be taken into consideration).

 

Please note that a refund request will be rejected if you had provided a wrong address and the courier was unable to contact you despite multiple attempts. You will need to make sure that someone is available at your place to collect the order on your behalf. However, be assured that our team will contact you before shipping the order to verify your address if any clarification was required on the address provided by you or the address was missing some details. Your refund as above, would be processed only once we receive the product back in our warehouse, which may take up to 14 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can contact our customer services team to raise a cancellation request with your order number. The cancellation period typically takes 1 day after confirming cancellation by calling our phone number 9035082066 or by sending us an email at support@easyderma.com

If your order has already been shipped, please do not accept the delivery, contact Customer Services to inform them of the same. In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed as per our Refund policies.
